Common questions
- I didn't get the sign-in code. Check spam, then email us — we can send it manually.
- The extension isn't connecting to my account. Sign out and back in at useicebreakr.com; the extension picks up a fresh session within seconds.
- Research came back empty or wrong. Tell us the profile URL you tried and what you expected — most data-quality issues are fixable on our end.
- I want to delete my account.Settings → Account → Delete account. Or email us and we'll do it.
- Bug report or feature request. Email with as much detail as you can — screenshots help.
Response time
